Married to a pediatric emergency physician, Daniel has spent years navigating physician finances in real life — from residency debt to attending compensation to evaluating alternative investment deals. He founded Consigliere MD to offer the unbiased guidance physicians deserve.
Dr. Troy Akers
Dr. Troy Akers is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and combat veteran who has served in military and civilian hospitals both overseas and stateside. Beyond clinical medicine, he's a successful entrepreneur with ventures including a popular cookie franchise, a pickleball facility, and a ketamine clinic.
His dual perspective as practicing physician and business owner gives him unique insight into both the clinical demands and entrepreneurial opportunities physicians face. Dr. Akers co-founded Consigliere MD to help fellow physicians cut through the noise and build wealth without the conflicts of interest that plague traditional financial advice.
